Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

I wanted to write you about your products. I purchased the Devour Plus to see if it would get rid of the odor from my cats spraying on the wall and carpet. I think I have probably tried every similar type product from the pet stores with little success. They seemed to work for maybe a day, but then them odor came back. It has been about a week since I used Devour Plus, and the odor IS GONE. I just wish I had found this product before I wasted all my time and money on the others. I also tried putting a little in the wash with towels or clothes they had also marked on. Again the odor was removed. My regards to the Mold Off® as well – it worked great removing the mold that was around the underside perimeter of my hot tub cover. Thanks for making products that actually DO what they say they will do.
